Worksheets are perfect for older children and your youth group who are in the service or watching them online. It can help them to follow the sermon and read the passage as well as help them apply what they hear specifically to themselves.

If you aren’t doing Acts but want some help writing worksheets to go with any sermon then check out our guide on How to Write Worsheets.

Chapter 1: Given the Mission

Here’s the whole book of Acts in Worksheets - these were written for 8-11 year olds. They’re in powerpoint files so you can edit any that don’t match up with the sermon or just use them as inspiration.

Chapters 2-7: In Jerusalem

I’ve separated the many worksheets into the 5 sections which the Bible Project suggested as the natural breaks in the text. Would 100% recommend sharing their summary video at least once while studying Acts 1-12.

Chapters 8-12: To Judea and Samaria

One of my favourite things in Acts is that we get to follow Peter, John and Philip and see how they’ve changed since the Holy Spirit came into their lives. It’s a really good conversation starter.

Chapter 13-20: to the ends of the earth

The rest of Acts deals with Paul (you can watch the summary of this here) and isn’t it just so encouraging to see what God can do, even with him.

Chapters 21-28 To the ends of the earth

Acts is also really useful when reading the letters to help understand the context of the letters. One of these worksheets could give you the questions you need for a first lesson for giving context to a letter.
